The Melbourne Dry Gin is appropriately named after the distillers’ hometown and where the distillery is located. Patient Wolf have spent years making, creating, refining their first gin. A process that seemed endless yet obvious when it arrived. The result is a considered creation and a gin that is big, bold and complex, yet is incredibly smooth and balanced.
The bright citrus of ruby grapefruit and fresh juniper are delicately balanced with subtle spice of aniseed myrtle, cubeb pepper, and tonka beans. Bold, complex and aromatic. A perfectly balanced gin. Bold, complex and aromatic.
